Per Articles 5.4 and 5.5 of our Chapter Bylaws, elections shall be held annually on or in advance of July 31, and slates of candidates shall be distributed to Chapter members in writing at least 30 days before the election. This year, the Nominations and Elections Committee will send notice by writing to all Chapter Members of the slate of candidates for elective office by June 30, 2025. Elections will be held during a 48-hour period between July 29 and 31, 2025.
