  • Tom Duncombe | President

    is an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He serves in the appellate unit, handling appeals to the Tenth Circuit and consulting on written work product in the U.S. District Court. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. He previously served as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and as a litigation associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.

  • Chris Vaught | President-Elect

    is a litigator and Director at Crowe & Dunlevy, where he is a member of the Labor and Employment, Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. Chris is a former Deputy Attorney General with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office where he led the agency’s Office of Civil Rights Enforcement.

  • Hon. Jodi F. Jayne | Vice President

    has served as a Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma since September of 2017. Judge Jayne leads civics education initiatives for the court, with the help of our local FBA chapter. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Oklahoma Law Review.

  • Justin Lollman | Immediate Past President

    is a litigator and shareholder at GableGotwals in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where his practice focuses on appeals, complex commercial litigation, employment law, and criminal defense. In addition to his involvement with the FBA, Justin serves on the board of the Tulsa Day Center and as Vice President of the Tenth Circuit Historical Society.

  • Alex Sokolosky | Treasurer

    is an associate attorney at Crowe & Dunlevy, where he is a member of the bankruptcy and creditors rights and litigation and trial practice groups. He previously clerked for the Honorable Ronald A. White and the Honorable John F. Heil, III in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

  • Kristen Evans | Secretary

    is a partner at Hall Estill in Tulsa. Her practice consists of business and commercial litigation, and handling all aspects of employment law matters (employer-side). She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

  • Isaac Ellis | National Delegate

    is a partner at Conner & Winters in Tulsa. His practice consists primarily of civil litigation, including commercial, construction, real estate, and other complex disputes, and internal investigations. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John E. Dowdell of the Northern District of Oklahoma. He currently serves on the Northern District’s Local Rules Committee and as an Adjunct Settlement Judge.

  • Sean Dooley | Community Outreach Representative

    is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, is licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma and the Northern District of Oklahoma, and currently serves as the Supervisory Probation Officer for the Presentence Investigation Unit for the United States Probation Office in the Northern District of Oklahoma. In addition to his current role, Sean served as a visiting officer with United States Sentencing Commission Office of Education and Sentencing Practices where he assisted in developing national training programs and materials as well as provided support and advice related to the application of the United States Sentencing Guidelines to attorneys and courts across the country.

  • Scott Graham | Multidistrict Liaison

    is the Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He was previously the First Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Before joining the FPD, he focused his practice on federal civil rights litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law.

  • Trent Shores

    is a shareholder at GableGotwals where he also serves on the Board of Directors. He is a former United States Attorney and serves as a tribal Supreme Court Justice for the Kaw Nation in Oklahoma.

  • Mary Quinn Cooper

    is a trial lawyer at McAfee & Taft who has a national practice. She serves as the firm’s Litigation Practice Group Chair and is a member of the Oklahoma Judicial Nominating Commission.

Guy has been instrumental in developing and litigating cases that have resulted in several million-dollar awards ranging from medical malpractice, civil rights, personal injury to toxic torts and complex commercial litigation.e

    is an assistant United States attorney who coordinates enforcement of restitution orders to obtain financial justice for victims of crime and prosecutes financial and violent crimes. Previous to government service, she was in private practice focusing on products liability and other complex civil litigation matters.

    has served as a District Judge in the Northern District of Oklahoma since January 2024. Previously, he was a trial lawyer at GableGotwals representing individuals and corporations in federal criminal matters and in complex commercial litigation; a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division; an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Oklahoma; and the Criminal Justice Act Panel Representative for the Northern District.

  • Hon. Jason A. Robertson

    has served as a Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Oklahoma since March 2022. Previously, Judge Robertson spent 24 years in private practice, upon graduation from law school, he became an assistant public defender for Tulsa County where he defended hundreds of persons charged with felony crimes. Thereafter, his practice focused on complex civil litigation matters in general liability, products liability, premise liability, civil rights, construction litigation, police misconduct, medical malpractice, municipal liability, professional liability, pharmacy liability, nursing home abuse, auto and trucking accidents, and bad faith. During his 24- year career, he prosecuted, defended, and tried numerous cases both in state and federal courts in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.
