Kathie Coyle practices in the areas of estate planning and tax-exempt organizations at Conner & Winters in Tulsa. She does complex estate planning for individuals, many of whom are charitably inclined. She assists clients in effective philanthropic strategies, particularly in the area of private foundations and charitable trusts. She also represents educational institutions, hospitals, civic groups, professional societies, religious organizations, social welfare organizations and tribes, advising them on their formation, tax exempt qualification and maintenance. One of the organizations that she established for a client went on to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. She has been deeply involved in the Tulsa community, serving on numerous non-profit boards. She received the University of Tulsa Distinguished Alumna Award in 2014.

Kathie received her B.A. from Hollins College, her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and her L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University. She was the first woman to clerk for William J. Holloway, Jr. on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and serves on the advisory board of his scholarship program. She is listed in Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Non-Profit Charities Law and is ranked AV Preeminent with Martindale Hubbell.
