10th Circuit Historical Society: From Littlecheif to McGirt

Yesterday, the FBA and the 10th Circuit Historical Society presented a captivating CLE exploring the legal history of Indian Country in Oklahoma. Distinguished speakers, including former Assistant Public Defender Patti Palmer Ghezzi, Assistant U.S. Attorney and Senior Counsel for Tribal Relations Arvo Mikkanen, and Osage Nation Principal Chief Geoffrey Standing Bear, offered insightful commentary on the groundbreaking McGirt decision.
